The Vision
Every checkout screams to be faster; none offers to be slower. The Slow Parcel is a standard checkbox - 'no rush, bundle my week' - that holds your orders at a local hub until one van can carry all of them on the day your street is scheduled anyway. Cheaper for everyone, and the receipt shows the vans that didn't drive.
