1. The deal

VisionBook.ai is a platform for publishing and developing ideas (“Visions”). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Your ideas stay yours

You retain all rights to the Visions you publish. You grant VisionBook a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and promote your published content on the platform. Publishing on VisionBook creates a public, timestamped record of your idea - we call this publishing as provenance. It is a social record, not legal IP protection: VisionBook is not a patent office, does not register trademarks or copyrights on your behalf, and makes no legal claims about priority.

3. AI-assisted content

AI tools on the platform help you draft descriptions, features and visuals. Content generated with AI assistance is labeled as such and must be reviewed and edited by you before publishing. You are responsible for AI-assisted content you publish.

4. Conduct

Constructive critique is the point; harassment is not. We remove content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or spam, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly cross those lines. Vote manipulation (rings, bots, brigading) leads to removal.

5. Brands

Brand participation is always labeled. Brands pay to participate, never to secretly rank higher. Revenue-share arrangements on sponsored Visions are displayed on the Vision page.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
